Hi, I’m SARAh.
FOUNDER AND CEO OF ZING COLLABORATIVE & EXECUTIVE COACH
I’m Sarah Young, the Founder and CEO of Zing Collaborative and the author of Expansive Impact: An Invitation to Lead in Everyday Moments, and I’m happy you’re here.
Prior to starting Zing Collaborative in 2013, I spent eight years leading people, projects, and teams in the corporate world. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with thousands of leaders across industries and geographies to elevate their leadership capacity and increase their leadership effectiveness.
We believe that business can be a force for good and believe that conscious leadership is a pathway toward a more conscious world. We are grateful to work with clients who believe this too.
While we prefer to let our clients take the credit while we take a back seat as an advocate in your back pocket or, as we’ve been called, “a secret weapon,” we know that sometimes credentials matter too. In that regard, here are a few of mine:

When not with clients, I enjoy spending as much time outside as possible, love the precious hours of the early morning, and enjoy taking adventures big and small with my little family.

Jenn Smith's professional roots are grounded deep within corporate America. Her progressive, global HR leadership experience spans 15+ years across multiple industries, including Fortune 200 companies. Now, as a career and HR Consultant, Jenn is on a mission to support heart-based, career-minded professionals navigate the changing world of work by resetting boundaries and igniting action to live their happiest, healthiest lives. As part of the Zing Collaborative team, she supports leaders in fully expressing who they are, what they offer, and how they can make the greatest impact through their professional brand, and is a resume and LinkedIn expert. After a professional branding session with Jenn, clients often share, “that was AMAZING!”
JENNA
LEADERSHIP COACH
Jenna Valovic considers herself a possibilitarian — she is happiest when helping clients explore the full breadth of what is possible and encouraging them to build a life that is in alignment with their boldest, most audacious dreams. After nearly a decade working at Google, and over five years focused specifically around Executive Recruitment, she has learned how important it is to build a career that is in integrity with your values. Her areas of focus include: late bloomers, career performance, and burnout coaching. Jenna’s background is a left brain/right brain hybrid; she enjoys marrying her background in Leadership and Organizational Development and Positive Psychology with her somatic training as a vinyasa yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, and meditator. As part of the Zing Collaborative team, she coaches leaders to show up at their best, and to live and lead in a way that feels authentic to them. Clients often share, “I love Jenna!”

OUR CORE OFFERING
We are a leadership and people development company that serves high-integrity, forward-looking companies and leaders. We take on a select number of joyful partnerships each year. Our partnerships take the form of in-house leadership development, leadership retreats and leadership off-sites, leadership coaching, executive coaching, and CEO coaching.
On the surface, you might call our offering for teams Leadership Training or Manager Training, but once you experience it, you’ll know it’s much more than that and that it’s likely very different than anything you’ve done before.
