SPIRITUAL INTEGRITY

SPIRITUAL INTEGRITY

How do we ensure our actions and our words and our lives align with our values and what we hold dear? Some questions we might consider:

  • What do I value? What matters most?

  • What do these values look like in action?

  • In words?

  • In relationships?

  • And if I were to do an audit of my current state, how am I doing? What shifts might I make?

SPIRITUAL WARRIORSHIP

How do we stand amidst the fires of life, while staying true to our selves and connected to center? Some questions we might consider:

  • What are the fires of life that I’m currently navigating?

  • What does it look like to show up with grace and integrity, even as the fires continue to burn around me?

  • What do I need to do in order to stay connected to center - even in the most challenging of times?

  • Do I need to be exposed to all of these fires? Are there any that I can walk away from, snuff out, or work to prevent in the first place?

SPIRITUAL RESTORATION

How do we restore our energy, nourish our spirit, and refill our reserves? Some questions we might consider:

  • When was the last time I took a moment to get quiet and breathe?

  • What does my spirit currently need?

  • What could it look like to restore my energy reserves, especially if they’ve been depleted?

  • If I’m in a season of life where I’m expending a lot of energy, can I create or schedule time to pause and refill?

Some questions we might consider for the new year and beyond.
