For highly driven, heart-centered women who want to be the light—for their teams, for each other, and for the world. Together we will embrace and explore the seasons of leadership and life, in community with a small, intimate, and exquisite circle of women.

This coaching circle is for women who:

• Identify as both heart-centered and highly driven.

• Are creative and compassionate. 

• Lead with a great love and care for their team members.

• Have a high sense of integrity. 

• Have 10+ years of work experience. 

• Have experience leading people, projects, and/or teams.

OUTCOMES 

• Clarity on leadership values, vision, strengths, style 

• Tactical tools, frameworks, and approaches for leading effectively in everyday moments 

• Greater self-awareness, confidence, and clarity 

• A community of incredible women leaders across industries and geographies

The Details

• 4 months: January 2023 - April 2023

• Live virtual gatherings 1-2 times per month on Wednesday mornings from 10-11:30 am central time, paired with ongoing resources for self-discovery.
